accueil nos moyens nos actions formation nos réalisations environnement maçonnerie bâti ancien menuiserie actualités contact vous avez un projet, vous cherchez du travail ? besoin de travaux ? 6 5 1 el mener chantier d'insertion agréé par le c.d.i.a.e des pyrénées orientales association reconnue organisme d'intérêt général des chantiers d’insertion dans le 66 l’ association el mener , est une association à but non lucratif régie par la loi 1901. depuis 2002, son agrément d’aci (atelier chantier insertion) a été renouvelé tous les ans par le c.d.i.a.e (comité du développement de l’insertion par l’activité économique). la structure est gérée par un conseil d’administration, présidé par m. jean-claude joly, bénévole retraité. l’organigramme de notre structure l’association el mener , agréée par le conseil départemental d’insertion par l’activité economique (cdiae), gère un chantier d’insertion conventionné pour l’accueil de public en difficultés : bénéficiaires de minima sociaux, chômeurs de longue durée … la structure s’oriente sur les travaux liés à l’environnement, notamment l’entretien des canaux servant à l’irrigation des terres du conflent, mais aussi sur des travaux de maçonnerie comme la mise en sécurité de site touristiques, la rénovation de bâti ancien ou des petit travaux d’aménagements sur les communes environnantes. elle offre aux salariés une insertion professionnelle par l’organisation de formation, l’aide aux démarches de recherche d’emploi, la découverte ou l’amélioration des connaissances informatiques…. elle apporte aussi un soutien à l’élaboration de projets professionnels. • notre actualité • 23 avr réhabilitation mur parking tribunal 08 fév prades- construction d'un muret pierre parking tribunal 17 juin la llagonne-orri bus 31 jan sahorre murs de soutainement chemin communaux. 22 sept canigou grand site - réhabilitation refuge mariailles • derniers chantiers • • nos partenaires • copyright el mener 2013 mentions légales - contact réalisation dialogue de sourds
